We worked with founder Emma Jamvold to co-design a brand and overall user experience that would appeal to a mostly young female demographic. The exchange mechanism is a simple ‘credits’ system to allow people to upload, sell and buy items. Swappers can top up their account using PayPal and we also provide a postage calculator so there are no surprises in the final cost of delivered items.
