We were engaged by Telstra BigPond to design the user experience for the next evolution of their webmail application, MyConnect.™

Digital Eskimo were engaged by Telstra BigPond to design the user experience for the next evolution of their webmail application, MyConnect (TM) . MyConnect represents a convergence of communication platforms, giving customers “one-click” access to view, share, manage and initiate their messaging from anywhere online or when mobile. MyConnect offers messaging applications (email, voice and video calling, mobile and fixed MessageBank, MMS, and online SMS,) and key enablers (e.g. Address Book, Calendar, Notes, and Tasks) within a single interface, creating an enriched customer experience.

We worked collaboratively with Telstra BigPond, using workshops to distill multi business channel requirements into a well defined scope centered in design language. Over nine months Digital Eskimo created and documented the complex user interface and functionality attributes of the system before developing and implementing a visual design strategy. The result is an intuitive and comprehensive interface where customers can access, action and manage their digital communications.
