Yes this book was an early inspiration for us at Digital Eskimo all those years ago just after we set up. One of our founders, Camille Blyth introduced me to the book and it was as Ray Anderson from Interface Inc. famously put it; 'a spear in the chest moment'.

I often pick the book up and re-read a random chapter and to feel it's weight (the book is made from a unique 100 % truly recyclable plastic and as such can be washed in a hot bath and re-used should it ever become necessary - though with this book set to become a classic i doubt we'd ever do that!)

I note that the book recently became a key reference for the Chinese Government's sustainability programme.
