Matt joined DIgital Eskimo from the world of investment banks and technology vendors. Over the last 10 years Matt has worked as a business analyst and project manager on high value systems implementations and web orientated projects, re-engineering business processes, scoping project requirements and designing system solutions with key stakeholder groups.
As a Business Analyst for Tacit Group, Matt implemented large scale Master Trust systems for clients in Australia, India and UK. More recently, Matt has consulted with ING and Macquarie Bank, driving the design of e-commerce applications and managing projects to implement product and marketing strategy. This included front-end online portal design, internal process engineering and back-end system design.
Inspired to augment his systems experience with a strong design methodology, Matt joined Digital Eskimo early in 2008 and has been responsible for managing and successfully delivering several large scale interface design projects for Telstra.
