Director of Operations and Sustainability
Duncan completed a Bachelor of Industrial Design at UTS but quickly shifted his focus to permaculture, bushland regeneration and community development. Duncan spent several years studying and working for the National Trust and on a number of community projects before a stint in direct marketing, a sea change experience on the NSW mid-north coast, working in the business development unit at Clean Up Australia and completing postgraduate studies in International Urban and Environmental Management.
Digital Eskimo has proved the perfect place for Duncan to use previous experience in business development and administration, apply an understanding of sustainability to both our operations and business strategy, and employ insights from community development to our management of human resources – all complimented by a foundation in design thinking and practice.
